Hey there! We’re Dan and Lizzie and we’ve spent over 25 years in health and fitness. We’ve seen it all - the fads, the pressure, the routines that just don’t stick. We know that movement should lift you up, not weigh you down, and that taking care of yourself shouldn’t be an afterthought. Every day, we see how small, intentional practices can make a huge difference - and we wanted to create a space where those practices are easy, inspiring, and purposeful.
Kōra is our dream brought to life! A brand-new, purpose-built space where movement and recovery work together to help you feel better, move better, and show up as your best self. We designed it to fit real life, so whether it’s a quick reset, a mindful Pilates session, or building habits that support your health, it’s all right here, just for you. This is more than just a wellness studio - it’s a community, a place to explore your potential, and a home for habits that become your lifestyle.
We’re passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and their wellbeing, and we built Kōra from the ground up to make that easy, enjoyable, and deeply personal.
